We are looking for a new colleague to join our experienced teams in Bratislava and Košice as a project manager. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Responsibility for preparing price offers and finding optimal technical solutions for HVAC systems in cooperation with our stable suppliers and designers
2. Responsibility for the implementation and management of internal/external teams on acquired contracts, including quality control and efficiency monitoring of the work performed
3. Time optimization and efficient use of resources (personnel, materials, and technology) on implemented projects, utilizing innovative construction management technologies in practice (modern ERP systems, online tablet applications, etc.)
4. Participation in the implementation of new processes and technologies within the company (Photovoltaics, Lean Construction, 5S, and others)
5. Collaboration with other companies within our group (TZB Global, ABC KLÍMA Košice) on projects and processes, exchange of business information, and participation in a joint educational program
