The company Austroklima-Kälte Bratislava spol. s r. o. is established through the collaboration of Ing. Peter Pochaba with the Austrian company Austroclima. One year later, Ing. Jana Backová, the current CFO of the group, joins the company.

Following the successful completion of initial projects and team expansion, the ABC KLÍMA brand is created after rebranding. The company simultaneously enters the Czech market by opening a branch in Brno for the Moravian region.

ABC KLÍMA expands its operations to include in-house design and production of HVAC ductwork in Malá Mača. The company also executes its first major contracts, including the VÚB Bank headquarters and the Allianz headquarters in Bratislava.

The production division becomes independent, establishing the TZB Global brand. The company relocates to a facility in Malá Mača, creating conditions for further growth. Among the most significant projects of this period is the National Bank of Slovakia project, utilizing advanced chilled ceiling systems and absorption cooling.

Following successful projects in Slovakia, including the Tatra Bank headquarters in Bratislava, the company enters international markets and secures a significant project in Kazakhstan valued at $2 million.

The company experiences dynamic growth, reflected in its financial results. After steady growth in previous years, it achieves a record turnover of 740 million SK in 2001.

The independent TZB Global brand is established, relocating production to its own facility in Malá Mača. Significant personnel milestones include the arrival of Rudolf Baran and Miroslav Hnát, who currently hold key management positions at the Košice branch ABC KLÍMA KOŠICE.

Significant projects include the building on Tomášikova Street featuring an innovative ceiling cooling and heating system with heat pumps. Additionally, two hospitals in Vienna and contracts for the parliament and Bratislava Castle.

The company currently achieves an annual turnover approaching the billion mark. It is headquartered in the modern Ingsteel building in Bratislava, where ABC KLÍMA also played a significant role in the implementation of building technical systems.

The company executes significant projects in Slovakia and abroad, including Eurovea in Bratislava, the renovation of Hotel Kempinski in Vienna, the new Hyundai headquarters in Frankfurt, and facilities at the Nürburgring. Despite the financial crisis, it maintains stable growth.

The company undergoes a period of restructuring in response to market cooling. Nevertheless, it secures new international projects, including a facility for Tecnimont and negotiations for healthcare facilities in Russia.

Following reorganization, the company focuses on the Slovak market while maintaining branches in Bratislava and Košice. It concentrates on higher value-added projects and modern cooling and heating technologies, including heat pumps and geothermal solutions.

Ing. Marian Driensky returns to the group and, after a two-year period of knowledge transfer, assumes leadership of the company as CEO at the end of 2021.

Under new leadership, ABC KLÍMA undergoes rebranding, modernizes its strategy, and invests in service digitalization and design capacity. It strengthens collaboration with investors and developers on modern technical solutions.

The company implements the ERPIO digital platform for remote management of technical systems and develops design capacity. It executes projects across residential, manufacturing, logistics, sports, and healthcare segments.
