We are looking for a new colleague for our teams in Bratislava and Košice for the position of Designer or Senior Building Services (MEP) Designer, with a focus on heating and cooling. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Responsibility for the design of technical solutions for the disciplines heating, cooling, and, where applicable, measurement and control (M&C), in cooperation with our established suppliers and colleagues
2. Site inspections at the place of construction/installation and coordination with other disciplines
3. Assigning work and managing junior designers
4. Preparation of design documentation (working in REVIT / 3D BIM and AutoCAD)
5. Preparation of documents for pricing the execution of the works
6. Assigning work and supporting junior designers
7. Cooperation with other companies in our group (ABC KLÍMA KOŠICE, TZB Global, Property Management) on projects and processes, participation in a joint training programme
