Job Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a new colleague for our Bratislava team for the position of designer or senior designer in Building Services Engineering (MEP), specializing in heating and cooling. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responsibility for the design of technical solutions for central heating, cooling, and potentially measurement and control professions in cooperation with our stable suppliers and colleagues
2. On-site inspections during implementation/installation and coordination with other professions
3. Assigning tasks and leading junior designers
4. Preparation of project documentation (work in REVIT / 3D BIM and AutoCAD)
5. Preparation of documentation for project cost estimation
6. Assigning tasks and supporting junior designers
7. Cooperation with other companies in our group (ABC KLÍMA KOŠICE, TZB Global, Property Management) on projects and processes, participation in a joint training program
