Job Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a new colleague to join our experienced team for the position of Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Responsibility for preparing price offers and finding optimal technical solutions for HVAC professions in cooperation with our stable suppliers and designers
2. Responsibility for the implementation and management of internal/external teams on acquired projects, quality control, and efficiency of work performed
3. Time optimization and efficient use of resources (personnel, materials, and technologies) on implemented projects, utilizing innovative technologies for construction management in practice (modern ERP system, online tablet applications, etc.)
4. Participation in the implementation of new processes and technologies within the company (Photovoltaics, Lean Construction, 5S, and others)
5. Cooperation with other companies in our group (TZB Global, ABC KLÍMA Košice) on both projects and processes, exchange of business information, and participation in a joint training program

The group includes 8 companies, owns administrative and residential buildings for rent, and has its own management company with accounting, IT, and marketing departments.
