The Petržalka Administrative Center consists of two modern administrative buildings (Building A, Building B), accommodating a wide range of tenants – from offices to healthcare facilities.
Building B features 9 above-ground and one underground floor. It offers its tenants a private underground car park with a capacity of 109 parking spaces and outdoor parking in the courtyard on the 1st above-ground floor with a capacity of 77 parking spaces.
We provided heating, cooling, and ventilation for a comfortable environment, utilizing chillers and AHU units located on the roof.
