Building Description

Slnečná Residence is a modern apartment building that includes 15 residential units with various layouts and an underground car park with a capacity of 20 spaces. The building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor.

Project Specifics

The goal was to ensure maximum comfort for residents, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and low operating costs. The combination of heat pumps, solar panels, and heat recovery ventilation creates an environmentally friendly solution.

Recovery

A recovery system installed in each apartment, which ensures a healthy and fresh environment with minimal heat loss.

Gas boiler

They serve as a backup source of heat during extreme winter conditions.

Heat pump

It serves as the main source of heating and water heating with high energy efficiency.
