The Čerešne Residence project, in which ABC KLÍMA also participated, achieved a significant international success. At the prestigious HOF Awards 2026, it won the “Best of the Best” title in the standard residential development category and became the only awarded project from Slovakia.
The award was received by the third phase of the project, which built on its success at the Slovak CIJ Awards. In the international final, it held its own against projects from seven countries in Central and Southeastern Europe.
We are pleased to have been part of a project that brings together high-quality architecture, modern urban living, and an emphasis on public space. We view Čerešne’s success as confirmation of the strong cooperation among all partners involved in delivering the project.
The HOF Awards 2026 gala evening took place in Bucharest, Romania, with the participation of an expert international jury and real estate professionals from across the region.
