In October 2024, together with colleagues from ABC KLÍMA Bratislava, ABC KLÍMA Košice and PM Services Slovakia, we embarked on a teambuilding trip to the picturesque Štiavnické vrchy mountains in Hodruša-Hámre. For all participants, it was a pleasant opportunity to momentarily step out of the work routine, breathe fresh air, and recharge with new energy.
In addition to a short hike, we also enjoyed entertainment with poker, roulette, and blackjack, which complemented the social and relaxing nature of the trip. Friendly competition and laughter were also present, with some colleagues extending the fun until the early hours of the morning.
Such shared moments remind us that a satisfied and well-coordinated team is the foundation of success. Teambuilding not only fosters relationships among colleagues but also helps to recharge energy, which subsequently translates into daily work and the results of our company.
