He manages, continuously monitors, documents our project execution, and, if necessary, involves other colleagues from the fields of design, measurement, and control (M).
Our internal design team provides continuous support to our construction managers and installation personnel, offering immediate solutions for emerging conflicts and deviations from the original project, as well as ongoing documentation of project changes.

Based on extensive experience, our well-coordinated design and implementation teams are able to optimize the time required for the execution and commissioning of Central Heating, Cooling, and HVAC technologies, thereby saving the investor both time and money.
Our technicians, specialized personnel, and M (Measurement and Regulation) specialists ensure the smooth and professional commissioning of all systems we install, including their initial inspection and optimal regulation. The project manager is also responsible for handing over the complete project, its documentation, and the as-built status to the client, as well as for ensuring subsequent long-term client support during operation and in resolving additional requirements.
Our work is far from over with the handover and commissioning of building services technologies. We digitalize our systems for the client within the ERPIO web service environment and, if requested, set up remote supervision and online monitoring. During the initial period, we analyze any deviations in performance and consumption from projected states and optimize the operation of technologies based on the actual behavior of the facility.
